We only collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical data:

• Enquiry details — when you complete our quote form: your name, email, phone number (if provided), event type, event date and the message you send.
• Technical & usage data — basic information collected via cookies and similar technology, such as how you reached the site and how it is used (see Cookies below).

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To arrange and provide hire services if you go ahead.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising (only where you have consented to non-essential cookies).

Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are: legitimate interests (responding to enquiries about our services), contract (where you become a customer), and consent (for non-essential cookies and advertising measurement).
